As an alternative to living in a care home or care facility, ISS Healthcare offers leading, high-quality care within the comforts of a client’s own home. As a care option, home care provides clients with the opportunity to remain independent, allowing them to make as many decisions as possible pertaining to their own care needs, while having a care assistant on-hand 24/7 (or as required) to help with day-to-to-day duties that are becoming a little harder to do alone.

A care assistant will assist with personal care like bathing and washing, light household chores, meal preparation, help with medicines and even accompanying clients on social visits. ISS Healthcare will put together a bespoke care plan together with each client in order to ensure the right care is ultimately delivered. Similarly, we match our care assistants with each client based on their respective skills sets and needs to insure the perfect fit. We look to ensure that our care assistants are not only providing the services and assistance they need to but, in terms of personality, are companions and friends to our clients, too.
