About ISS Healthcare

Founded in 2001, and part of the City & County Healthcare Group family, ISS Healthcare grew from offering social care services in Torfaen and Caerphilly to servicing the broader South Wales area. Today, ISS provides home care support to hundreds of people living across the region, with our services commissioned through local authorities for the most part.

At ISS Healthcare, our primary aim is to deliver high-quality care that respects the dignity of our clients, offers the utmost consideration to their circumstances and requirements, is compassionate at all times and promotes their independence and self-reliance.

Looking after a broad range of clients, we help with a variety of circumstances and conditions including:

• Live-in elderly care
• Special needs care for adults and children with physical and cognitive disabilities
• Dementia and Alzheimer’s support
• Reablement care for clients who’ve suffered long-term debilitating illness, may be rehabilitating after hospital or are recovering after an accident
